  1. sleeping at 8:30 is like forcing an adult to sleep at 7 o clock, if they are 11 or older, their sleep schedule needs to added by 45 minutes. That is for every age.
    10 yrs old – 8:30
    11 yrs old – 9:15
    12 yrs old – 10:00
    13 yrs old – 10:45
    14 yrs old – 11:30
    15 yrs old – 12:00 or later
    This is cuz of the circadian rhythm, they might wanna sleep early, or they might wanna sleep later. Thats up to their body to decide.
