  4. It’s ok to not be ok. If you want to talk about it let me know otherwise remember you create your purpose each second sometimes your purpose is sadness disappointment expectations not met etc. emotions are like a full orchestra there’s all different parts that make up the harmony and theme.

      I don’t know what your shock is. I do know that any strong negative emotional response is greeted with catastrophic awfulizing black and white and generalized over thinking I know because I’m a pro at doing this .
      It’s part and parcel of being a fallible imperfect being. And it’s ok. My father used to say “this too shall pass” which I usually never believed until recently. I hope your sadness passes soon. Go hug your puppy. It helps me.

    3. I’m sorry you’re going through this painful thing. You do what’s best for you, for your needs, desires, dignity and honor. You are the most important person in your life. Exigency of circumstances creates all kinds of behaviors tat are productive or counterproductive you have choices here that transcends your pain and anger. You come first. You are not alone.
