    1. Vid’s more than 3 years old but you look like you have no seed in you. It’s probably the weirdest advise you’ve ever heard but i would look into semen retention to feel and look healthier.

  4. 12:30 am – 3:30 am (suhoor) |§| 4:30 am – 7:30 am. is that a nice sleep schedule? i hate the fact that i have to wake up for suhoor, it makes it hard to sleep and wake up

The best time to go to sleep is when your body is ready to go to sleep it has a natural body clock but unless you are very lucky and rich or have a job where you can work at your own time and pace and don’t have kids then no one is gonna go to sleep at the time they prefer at least until they retire

Hi Mark since I got over my op for soft tissue sarcoma, it’s brought on underlying illness, and I can’t sleep for pain very complicated to try and explain but I can gona week with out sleep then I just sort of hit a brick wall and sleep fir 48 hours, I am a spiritual person and have been on my journey for about 21 yrs, my hubby gets worried because after a few days with out sleep I start to fall over and I get very clumsy and he’s sacred I might fall down the stairs ect,,, and he often says my good I love you very much but if you don’t sleep again tonight I’m going to have to find a rubbermalit for tomorrow night I’m at the stage were I would kill for a good night’s sleep 😴 I need match stickes to keep my eyes open sometimes so fingers crossed 🤞 this will help stay safe sending love light and laughter, and Angel hugs Sylvia

  9. This means we should be animals of habit. Eat, sleep and repeat on schedule. Well! I feed my dog and cat Evey day at the same time and I take them walkie on same time and now I just realized I have to live life on schedule of habits just like them.
