I have written this sleep hypnosis and sleep guided meditation to help you quickly relax, fall asleep fast and stop overthinking at any time, especially before bedtime when our minds tend to race, so that you can enjoy your best deep night's sleep by reducing anxiety and negative thinking.

This 90-minute deep sleep guided meditation and sleep hypnosis focuses on using the power of the breath to self-soothe and self-calm ourselves to reduce stress and anxiety. We all have the power to control our emotions and stress levels simply by changing our breathing patterns.

This video and audio track also contains a selection of powerful positive suggestions and language patterns to improve your confidence and to send you off to a blissful night's sleep in a happy and productive frame of mind.

This track blends guided sleep meditation, self-hypnosis and positive suggestions. It is designed to help soothe and quieten your mind as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking at night. When you are able to stop your mind wandering into the future or into the past – especially when doing so creates anxiety – you are able to access your subconscious mind. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in the trance state.

  9. It’s been 7 full days of knocking out like a light. I’ve had insomnia for 3 years now. I still take my sleep prescribed meds but it has definitely helped me get deeper sleep. I m grateful how it just happens. You make me believe in the impossible!

  12. I have PTSD and suffer from night terrors, wake up screaming. I have tried very many sleep meditation videos and yours is the only one I have never heard the end of! I fall asleep without knowing it. You work magic! My dreams are not as bad (still not good) either. I still wake up tired and feel as if I have been thru a battle sometimes. Even so you do better than anyone or sleep meds ever have. Thank you. 😴💤🛏

    2. I have been there. Sorry for that. But have you considered a therapy? …… I hope so .. I also have ptsd been in therapy for almost 2, 3years now..its working. Its just a matter of time. Hugs and all the best

    3. I also have PTSD coupled with horrific night terrors. I went to an amazing rehab facility in Nova Scotia where they taught me meditation and I came across these sleep hypnosis and meditations on YouTube and it has drastically changed my life…for the better!!
      The night!ares still come.
      Except now I feel like I have an ally when it comes to battling my past “demons”.

    4. Find someone who practices in Crainium Osteopathy. I used to suffer with Hynopomic hallucinations and night terrors. It’s pricey but 4 NT in the last four years due to this xx

  13. WOW!!! I have only done a handful of guided meditations in my life, last night I couldn’t sleep was so excited for my trip. I started this and was out within 5 minutes after or less and really did wake up refreshed!

  16. I’ve been listening to a lot of different guided sleep meditations looking to get some kind of Intelligence or Enlightenment And I learned A lot with this meditation! I’ve learned to find my inner Bliss and stay in the Now and just take everything as it comes without worry from the past or the future. I have healed my Creativity Chakra (Solar plexus) through this beautiful meditation. I’ve really been trying to figure out whether I was visited by an Angel last night that has given me such Enlightenment & actually had a real presence of Divine Energy or if I was just Hypnotized into believing I was visited by an Angel 😇 Either way I’ve gained a lot of perception from this experience and I will take the knowledge from this meditation and use it in my everyday life💖 Thank you for your Beautiful words! I often think that the best blessing is being able to live in the present. It is something I believe everybody struggles with at times. My philosophy now is to only reflect on the past if it enables me to take learnings that I can apply to the future. And as for the future, it only makes logical sense to look forwards through a positive, solution-focused lens.
