  4. Thank you Lauren, that was exactly what I needed. I am in awe of your voice and how calming and relaxing it sincerely is. When I brought my focus and attention to how my body felt, the lower back pain was very present. But I noticed as the meditation went on and when I repeated the words, I AM HEALING many times, the back pain subsided and left my body. Thank you so very much for this guided meditation, Lauren.
