  1. My hormones work best when I have to go to work because I am motivated to do the work.

  2. I have the most energy to work out in the morning, but if I do, my body tends to feel more tired and achey for the rest of the day. I’d much rather be a little sleepier working out at the end of the day and know I get to fully rest afterwards
