Lauren are you familiar with Seneca On Tranquility of Mind: i know im not telling you anything. you don’t already know but below is a transcript from one of his letters and how it fits so perfectly in todays society. as if he knew back than a social media was going to be unleashed upon mankind and the effect it would have on people.

    “There is also another not inconsiderable source of anxieties, if you are too concerned to assume a pose and do not reveal yourself openly to anyone, like many people whose lives are false and aimed only at outward show. For it is agonizing always to be watching yourself in fear of being caught when your usual mask has slipped. Nor can we ever be carefree when we think that whenever we are observed we are appraised… And it is better to be despised for simplicity than to suffer agonies from everlasting pretence. Still, let us use moderation here: there is a big difference between living simply and living carelessly.”

  5. Was wishing and hoping and praying 🙏 and 6 hours ago you were answering my wishes, hopes and prayers and now l can release my tension and stress and anxiety by being guided by you. What is even better is knowing that you are so close by being in Adelaide. I just wish we could meet up – are you having sessions l could attend or is there any other way of contacting you?   6. We all feel tension I think. Which is pretty normal , I’ve accepted that I’m intolerant of stress and sadness and usually make myself feel uncomfortable and panicky , truly want to get better and get more strong ❤, thankyou Lauren , things will be ok
