  8. If you’re staying up at night and your eyes are puffy because you’re crying as the thoughts in your mind keep telling you bad things. We’re here for you. We might be strangers from all over the world but i assure you, we are here for you in prayers and when your time in need.

    1. Thanks, I’m not crying but it felt good to hear this, haven’t been feeling the best, idk when it started but it did and now I feel like I have nothing and have achieved nothing. I hate crying it makes me feel weak and unworthy of anything. Recently my aunt has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, this isn’t the first time she’s had cancer but I feel it will be the last time and not in a good way, every time I get news of her health slowly decreasing I seem to brush it off and I just now noticed. I realized this when my father was telling me that she was going in for some testing basically to determine her life span and he said a word that didn’t sound correct and I focused on that and asked him about that instead of replying to him.
      When i was young I used to cry so much, I think it’s because no one ever let me talk or hear me out, but I think it made me a better person because if I don’t have anything to say I stay quite.

    2. @Bluu Buri I am sorry to hear about your aunt. I have lost a lot of loved ones in my life. Nothing can prepare us for such loss. Over time it does become easier. Don’t feel so alone. You have everything you need and there is nothing to achieve. This is just societal programming. Your only goal in life is to find your own joy and happiness, however, wherever with whoever if that’s relevant. Just try to focus on what you enjoy. If you can make a living doing that then you’re further along than most. Surround yourself with positive people and don’t let anyone tell you you’re no good or you cannot do anything that you want. Angels watch over you at all times. Peace and blessings to you 🙏

    4. @Bluu Buri me as well. Bc my thoughts/ voices get bad. like insane to the point I tell myself from the past is goin to happen again (my future). This leads me to memory of tragic/ most emotional days of my life. To avoid this I trust my timing. There’s a reason behind everything.

  13. This has been the best one yet for me. Sometimes other frequencies/volumes/speeds of the bowls can actually trigger anxiety for me, but the slow smooth deep echoes in this one lulled me to sleep within 5 mins and also made me sleep haaaaard. I didn’t move all night! Thank you so much 💜💜💜
