Welcome to this guided meditation and sleep hypnosis talk down experience to clear your mind and reduce anxiety. In this relaxing, comforting and reassuring sleep hypnosis, my softly spoken words blend with an enchanting and enlightening cosmic soundscape to quickly and easily ease you down into a state of deep relaxation and sleep.

In this session, you will be safely guided into trance, where you will be able to clear your mind of all daytime distractions, concerns and anxieties. During this hypnotic journey, you will delve deeply into your subconscious imagination to find your most intense relaxation.

Along the way, the guided visualization will take you to the seclusion of a private tropical beach and out into the expanses of the cosmos as you enjoy a timeless immersion into your most calming expansions and comforts.

This session is a 60-minute spoken hypnotic experience set against a background audio of celestial-style cosmic music. It will soon be available with alternative background music/audio options.

One consistent theme of all my sleep hypnosis videos is the importance of directing your mind away from both the past and the future. Very often, the negative and upsetting emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension, make it difficult to switch off and stop your mind spinning, especially at night when we are alone with our thoughts. When you are able to place your mind in the present, you are free from those emotional burdens.

This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion.

When listened to on a regularly, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, inevitably you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive and solution-focused way.
