This sleep hypnosis for deep relaxing sleep contains strong hypnotic language to help clear your mind so that you can overcome insomnia and fall asleep fast – within 30 minutes!

In this sleep hypnosis and guided meditation experience, you will be able to quickly clear your busy or overactive mind of any anxious or negative thoughts – so that you can go on to enjoy a full night of refreshing, replenishing deep sleep.

A consistent theme within many of my videos is the importance of staying 'present' – not allowing your mind to look backwards to the past or forwards to the future, especially when doing so causes feelings of regret, remorse or anger, or feelings of fear, apprehension and anxiety.

It is not our thoughts that make us anxious, though. It is the negative and upsetting emotions that we attach to those thoughts that can make it difficult to stop our minds spinning, especially at night when laying in bed. By keeping your awareness and focus in the present, we can release ourselves from those emotional burdens.

This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as often as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will also enjoy a different experience every time you do so.

When listened to regularly, this hypnosis and guided meditation can help reduce anxiety, stress and other related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive, solution-focused way.
