Hugs, Love and Blessings Lauren <3    I really appreciate your new ASMR but I still like your old videos too and I went looking for two of my favorites the other day and they weren't on your channel anymore :(.... And they really relax me!    Please put them back up please? They were like my original ASMR videos...I started with them. <3 With you.   I think they were called "Wash your worries away" When you were still doing the videos in your living room behind that wooden screen before it got broken (face washing and positive affirmations) and I don't know what the other one was called but you were in your favorite chair in your room at night and it was a video mostly to soothe people to sleep. In it you just keep saying "Shh you can do it." Time for sleep maybe I'm not sure but if you could find one or both and put them back up it would mean a lot to me.    Thank you so much for what you do and take care!    Love to you always dear whispering mother,    Rachel

  2. I’ve been on holiday for about 2 weeks just meditating. Relaxing and just resting. Feeling so good.

    Coming back to work for the first time today and my stress levels just came straight back within my 8 hour shift.

  7. Been using this one for weeks now.. I’m a university student and its really helpful with getting myself into the moment before bed. I’ve used it so much my brain knows automatically that its sleep time when I put it on.. like a adult lullaby 🙂

  17. As soon as you say “sit down, or lie down,” my mind and body have very singular reactions: My body immediately starts to relax (even before you get another word in), and my mind gets excited about the total relaxation I know is coming. It’s pretty amazing. And so are you, Lauren 😍❤️

  19. I have so much trauma from abnormal events in my life from childhood rape, military service and police brutality. This mediation didn’t make me fall asleep but it made me feel a mother’s presence even though mine can not be here for me. Thank you so much. If there is anyone out there fighting impossible mental illnesses, I NEED you to know none of us is as alone as we believe. Even when you are ready to kill yourself there is still a desire deep within you telling you to keep living. Love is always possible within ourselves no matter the circumstances take care of that abused isolated child that grew up and became you. There is no hero that is coming to save you, you must be the one to save yourself.
