  1. Thank you @TheSleepDoctor .. this validates me! When my wife and I had our first, I came up with a plan. Sleeping wasn’t a problem, it was the feeding schedule that had us messed up. SO I would go to bed really early like 8/8:30pm. My wife would stay up and do the midnight feeding. I would get up really early for work and do that feeding around 2:30am. The swing shifts made all the difference for us.
