Singing Bowls for Insomnia | Sound bath for help falling asleep

Like so many of you, I often struggle to fall asleep and occasionally will go the entire night wide awake in bed.
The worst part about insomnia might not even be the exhaustion but actually the deep sense of loneliness ๐Ÿ˜”
I created this sound bath to help you fall asleep but more importantly, to provide a sense of comfort, love and companionship. If you're having trouble falling asleep, know that I am here with you along with so many others listening in this very moment ๐Ÿ’œ

As always…
๐Ÿฎ The low lighting dims slowly over the course of the first hour so that you will fall asleep fast and stay asleep.
๐Ÿ›Œ The gentlest strikes of the singing bowls will serve to ease the mind and stimulate the types of thoughts that will soon become your dreams.

    2. I, too, struggle with loneliness in the wee hours of the night sometimes. In that, we are together in our aloneness, which, oddly, brings me comfort.   9. I never sleep that fast and that well when i donโ€™t listen to singing bowl like that. I really donโ€™t know what makes me so confortable with it but itโ€™s been month since i listen to them and iโ€™m not soon to stop.
    I often had problems sleeping like I will take hours or wake up at night more than once, but it never happen (or very really rarely) when I listen to those kind of videos. Iโ€™m so glad i found you and i want to thank you for what youโ€™ve done.โค

  10. I’m a night owl by nature, but never had trouble falling asleep or staying asleep until the last few months. After a guided meditation video last night, I listened to about 40 minutes of this and then went to bed. It was one of the best, most restful sleeps I’ve had in 3 months.   16. This is perfect, and as usual instantaneous. This is like a mama comforting a baby, and I don’t even like images like that much but that’s what this feels like to me.

    This is the same frequency/feeling/state I work to run & entrain with my massage clients, and why people come to me for a type of massage I never expected I would specialize in. Just this calming, insomnia and trauma healing… recohering wholeness. So crucial.

    And it feels very good to receive this back into my being, while I am passive & receptive.
