  2. Hi Mark, thank you so much for making this helpful video. Feedback about audio quality… There are MANY loud “clicks” or some sort of interference throughout the recording. Specific examples are at 7:25:34, 7:25:58, 7:26:27, 7:28:52. There are a lot more, but I didn’t notice any at the beginning when I was falling asleep, just towards the end when they woke me up. I still loved the whole thing though, and will now search for other of your recordings. Thank you.

    1. Thank you for the feedback Craig. This is an only session that was uploaded, it might be that the audio wasn’t as good back then. All me sessions are now optimised by a sound engineer. It will be interesting to hear if you get this with any of the more recent sessions

  3. I listened to this during the night sleeping. A slightly less tense stomach this morning. I know I will.have to listen to it a lot to progess, but that is good. It is a solution. Should your happiness meditaion , I think about 2 hours long, be listened to also.

  4. I had this play all night, but it kept stopping on my phone. So I still woke up with a tense stomach. I am listening now, instead of having the news on, and it is helping so much. I know that I will have to use this a lot to progress, but it is the only hypnosis, that has ever helped me. And, I am old🀣

It’s me again πŸ™‚ I honestly don’t expect you to answer this question but you’re pretty much my last resort on this one (before you ask, yes that means I’ve exhausted all medical and psychological help over almost a 20 year period). I have some kind of rain/thunderstorm induced anxiety. I literally have no control over my brain once I know that rain is coming. No coping strategy works. Nothing works. Got any suggestions?
