  1. Hi there, I’ve just been for a walk outside. It was wonderful, but it was 34°, and I was absolutely sweating to the hilt. But saying that it was a beautiful walk, I feel joy…

    I hope you are okay coming off the back of the heightened experience of Christmas and New Year’s Eve. How are your goals progressing? Remember to munch away at them one munch at a time, go easy on yourself, and keep on going when you feel overwhelmed. Achieve a small task focus …be disciplined and consistent remember when you’re feeling down ….you have two options 1. to keep going or 2. to give up ….always pick the option to keep going…. I believe in you … I know life can be incredibly difficult, but you have the resilience within you… As Dory says, keep on swimming… Now to brighter pastures… Or is it green pastures???   2. Thank you, Lauren! ❤ I love the cockatoos! They remind me of my beloved Grandma, who adored birds. We studied an encyclopedia of birds from the time I was just a toddler and tried to identify as many as we could at their farm and on road trips. She lived until 93 years old (sadly, we lost Grandpa when he was only 77 & he was 3 years her senior). I think of her every time I hear birds singing (which is every day here in Phoenix, AZ). I love to hear them in your meditations. I usually have a beautiful dream about Grandma. Much love to you! ❤🐦‍⬛❤🕊❤😴
