I am currently going through something that is an extremely new challenge for me, and that is facing my mother’s being at the end of her life and I’m in the thick of it along with my brother and my mother’s husband, as far as taking care of all that needs to be taken care of and connection to that.
    The added challenge I have is that I got Covid a few weeks ago and I’m still symptomatic even though I test negative so I do everything as you mentioned to self-care, but at this moment, most of that involves sleeping and resting and recharging myself in small ways as you mentioned so that I can keep going and taking care of my mother’s needs while at the same time, my own.
    By the way, you look wonderful, you sound wonderful and I so appreciate your videos and all your advice .
    It feels very supportive, and thankfully have a few people in my life that I can turn to, and just express these feelings .
    But I am also grateful that I can come on to YouTube and get some much needed advice and support here as well .

  3. If the mind is thinking to much or trying to solve the mundane things like dishes ot folding laundry just doesnt happen… Rather go sit or sleep… Cant focus enough for even the mondain…
