  1. I’ve often found myself in resistance to that notion. WHY can’t we grow without adversity? WHO decided suffering is necessary? I enjoy helping people, it helps me. That other part aggravates me. Probably because I see it. Not a fan but I see it.

  2. The Budha said there will always be suffering. By accepting that fact, diminishes our pain/suffering. Start with helping ourself up and self-compassion

  3. The meaning of life is to get to know the Lord Jesus Christ. Without Christ, all our so-called “good works” mean nothing. But with Christ as the foundation and reason for doing good, our good works will echo throughout eternity.
