  1. lauren here is the thing, i dont know if you agree with this but i believe that anger is part of the beginning process of healing. some may tell you to calm, when it comes to changing an addiction, habits, or an unhealthy lifestyle. as long as i remain angry than i work on the process of change if im calm i get really lazy and do less. just an opinion
