  1. I am constantly in a REM sleep. How do I get into deep or light sleep? How do you know if you are awake or asleep?

    1. Why do you think you are constantly in a REM sleep? It is not physiologically possible to constantly be in a REM sleep.

  2. Q: “Is it bad to fall asleep listening to podcasts?”
    A: Only if the podcast actually good, and it keeps you awake.
