  2. My lucid dreaming is intense and vivid. Self awareness and control seemed to be triggered by sleep paralysis 100%. Usually Staying up late and my body push myself to sleep, then relaxing and allowing the sensory overload and reality collapse. I’m sure this is not a healthy way to do it… but it’s pretty much automatic control.
