I totally get what he is saying, and Iโ€™ve heard it before where you adjust your sleep time to 15 minutes and then slowly work your way back but I guess we have to do little baby steps rather then throwing ourselves in the deep end to get to the time that we want to go to bed. I will certainly give this a go as I think baby steps as what I need.

  2. Due to trucking I had a rotating schedule at my old company. When I was 21 it was easy to fix my sleep pattern by forcing myself to stay up all day but now at 25 I canโ€™t fight my urge to just fall out when itโ€™s bed time

  3. Going backwards is basically impossible, unless you crash really hard for a while.
    Staying up later is the most trivial thing ever.
