  1. Do you have any advice for when your mind wont slow down? My brain creates imaginary problems that I feel like i have to solve mentally – weird things like folding washing or something. I have to remind myself it’s not real and doesnt need to be done! I find the only way to silence it is to pkay a podcast or youtube episode of people talking. Do you have any tips on how to address or improve this?
