  2. I usually get between 7 and 8. I was able to get very very little sleep the other night and slept 11.5 the next night which is extremely unusual for me but I was just exhausted from the night before. I do normally go to bed about the same time and get up at 7. A good way to know what’s best for you is to go to sleep on Friday and Saturday at the same time you do during the week. Don’t set an alarm and see what time you organically wake up and if you feel well rested.
