  1. All very interesting, but the scientific studies demonstrating these divisions between dolphins, bears, etc…
Where can I find them? Can I read them?

  2. I’m at dolphin there’s no way I can be in bed by midnight I’m in bed at 9:30 10:00 because I am so exhausted no matter what time I go to bed I’m up throughout the night no matter what time I go to bed I’m up throughout the night going to bed at 9:30 10:00 is healthier for my body than going to bed at midnight
