  1. I got used to my CPAP by wearing ear plugs. It was the sound of air moving that disturbed my sleep. Been wearing foam ear plugs for 24 years now.

  2. It’s been 6 months for me since starting CPAP and I’m still trying to get used to my mask due to the seal coming loose and waking me up. I’ve tried different masks and it’s still an ongoing challenge. I persist because my numbers have gone from severe sleep apnea to almost normal. I never knew how bad my sleep apnea was until it was measured.

    1. I found a microfiber mask for Resmed. Stops those air farts and so much much nicer .. not cold either.
