  12. Thank you for all your effort to bring peaceful to those of us that have anxiety and sleep disorders. I have tried to listen to other videos and i find no help and it create more anxiety, but when I return BAM I’m asleep. I actually have never made it more then 15 minutes thru them consciously. I prefer to chose one of your videos that is more then 3 hours. I found the longer than 3 hours one I am much more rested the morning after. Please never stop doing this for us, we are more thankful then we could possibly express not to mention you provide this free!!
    Side note, my therapist is expressed on how well I am managing my anxiety and panic attacks during my sleeping hours and outside of that!
