    I used to take way too much Tylenol and Ibuprofen after my accident and loss of several Family members and Friends.

    I had insomnia when I was younger and it came back with a vengeance. I’m also a HUGE worry-wart and my thoughts and “what if’s” keeps me wide awake.

    These last 2 years..
    I just listen to your videos every night.
