  13. I started hearing this audio whenever I couldn’t sleep since 2015.
    It’s 2019 and I still listen to this whenever I can’t sleep, whenever I feel the walls are going in on me, whenever i can’t shut my brain for trying to figure things out I open this, headset on, lights off, i go into my bed and all the chaos is gone, all the feelings, the hurt just goes off even if it’s temporarily, at least at that moment the chaos become peace and I find myself in a deep sleep.
