    Follow the instructions on bottle for how much to take. Take it 30 min to 1 hour before bed. It’s is helping me SO much!! As in the herbs lemon balm, ashwaghanda, valerian is doing absolutely NOTHING (taken separately or together) to help my sleep or anxiety.
    Magnesium glycinate is taking care of both!!
