I was out DoorDashing a few hours; in a transition low cash flow period before a new job start next week; iffy part-time work weekend nights this Friday night. My subconscious could need extra soothing so I’ll let this one take me off to sleep tonight. 🕊️🙏💕

  5. Hi Lauren, It’s 3:23am here in Phoenix. I love the wind. It reminds me of nights at my Grandparents’ farm. Sometimes it would blow SO hard, and there were 100ft+ tall fir trees lining the house. I was little and would go get in bed with Grandpa & Grandma. My Grandpa never worried. He’d sing silly songs and soon I’d be laughing so much I forgot all about the giant swaying trees. I miss them both so much. Life has been difficult the past few days. I wish I could return to my childhood & just crawl in bed with my Grandparents. Thank you so much for a new meditation.
