I’m in the need of a double lung transplant, due to being born with 2 rare lung diseases. I’m 51 and pray that I can get new lungs. If you can please do a video gears towards not to stress, everything is going to be fine with faith. I’m scared too because I went unresponsive a month ago and they had to intubate me and put me on a ventilator. Then had a heart doctor scare me with words. I just need to hear positive and think I’m going to be ok.I’ve listen to your Ok video. I’ve listen to all your videos actually. Thank you for keeping my mind at ease. I have trouble thinking all the time. My main problem is all I can think about is breathing, me not being able to do the things I use to once do like swimming, not wearing oxygen, my whole life is upside down. I just wanna be happy. If all I’m focused on is every breath I try to get, how can I think about living life …. Sorry just venting

    1. I pray that the Drs. find exactly what you need. Until then I pray that you can try to find joy and happiness in the little things like an awesome cup of coffee/tea, a beautiful sunrise/sunset, the sound birds chirping in the distance, or even watching you favorite show for the 16th time❤… Sending hugs for you… ❤❤❤

  6. Thank you for this… Its oh so thought provoking and a journey in and of itself… Definitely something i need work on.. The past, i guess you can say, has been put in a filing system and needs to be reviewed and tossed. Old habits need to go and better ones put in place… Luv this and definitely will be getting creative with it .
