  1. I have anxiety and have the hardest time putting my thoughts to rest and falling asleep so I wasn’t sure if this would work. But I just woke up from a full 9 hours of sleep! I’m in shock, I haven’t slept so much in months, thank you Jason! ❤️

    1. Maby you would like to meditate on day time. Also right letters “imaginary “to someone of your choice. I dont send the letter but just to get things out of my mind.. and than burn them of somthing you like

    4. i deal with the same problem, and i have endless sleeping problems, i think i will try him, i’ve tried many of these and all have been unsuccessful.

Dealing with Insomnia is so hard I wake up every 2 or 3 hours a night and even with this video for some reason I still woke up but it put me to sleep fast. I am going to re listen and go back to bed.     2. Something that works for me is having a queue of 2 separate 3 hour videos so they play non-stop, it helps me to stay asleep for my full desired rest time. Hope you aren’t struggling with the insomnia as bad anymore though bro I know that it sucks.

  9. I get occasional bouts of insomnia. Jason’s meditation puts me right to sleep. I usually prefer a female voice for meditations, but Jason is very calming. This meditation is well composed and delivered in a non-distracting manner that keeps me focused inward. What a difference a good night’s sleep makes!

  11. This really really helped me break through my anxiety or whatever it is I’m suffering with!
    I got taken into hospital with a BPM of 130 Saturday and apparently have a regular yet irregular heartbeat
    Since Christmas I’ve had multiple panic/ anxiety attacks and this video is one of the best ones I’ve found that help so thankyou so much for it
    To everyone suffering today/ tomorrow or whenever I hope you break out from it soon and just understand that it’s temporary and will pass

    1. Thank you and I hope you are right! In my younger years when I joined the Navy, the drill sergeant said I was softer than baby s***. Then others in the locker room nicknamed me Charmin, as in the soft tissue. Now when I go to the VFW Hall everyone calls me “ol’ cotton balls”.

    1. You can put a timer on your phone that automatically turns your phone off when the “timer” goes off. Doesn’t make a sound it just turns off ur phone. If you have an iPhone it’s just on the clock app, when you choose the sound for ur timer there is a stop playing option, that’s the one

  17. I am 3 weeks sober, i was on methadone for 7 years, heroin for 4 years. Before i found these videos i couldn’t even get 2 hours of sleep for days. With ur help i am now sleeping about 4 hours a night and that is a blessing. You have helped me stick with this new sober life and with that i am forever grateful.

    4. You can do this! You’re doing something important and good for yourself, and you deserve to feel good and be happy! I struggle with sleep sometimes too. Something that really helps me is breathing naturally, and counting my breaths. Also, a good tip in general, you can’t have intrusive thoughts when you sing. We’re pulling for you!
