I have fallen asleep several nights in a row to it. it has affected my whole day the next day in such a positive way as i have a mental illness and sleep is a requirement for me to function properly from day to day.   6. I have the WORST insomnia imaginable. I put this on an was out in 10 minutes. Asleep for 2 hours. Thank you!

I’m chronically ill and even after having taken my night time meds, sometimes I still can’t sleep. So, I choose one of your videos and I’m OUT, snoozing away.   13. Lauren this is totally awesome! Since I started meditation for everything, anxiety, worrying about the big, and small stuff as well as being an insomniac I get all balled up. I started listening to you in this specific meditation for a week now, my sleep is absolutely wonderful, I look forward to bedtime as well as other aspects. I’ve went through alot as a pre teen, teen & young 20s. I suffer from Ptsd, anxiety & depression, and insomnia ? And meditating has done wonders, and cleanses my soul. Your voice is so soothing. I can’t wait to try others of yours, like this! Thank you Lauren so much this is the best meditation for sleep that I’ve listened too, it works as long as I let it. HAHA. I love it! 😁😍😴✌

    2. @Lauren Ostrowski Fenton 4 months ago the man I was with for 11 years just walked out I was devasted 3 weeks later I woke up not breathing and was put on life support. All because of stress. I was scared to come home to my room from the hospital. I was scared to sleep in the bed I almost died in. I didnt sleep for weeks until one late night I found you. I am now sleeping in my bed again and feel safe and getting stronger everyday. I am only 37 and have been through so much. Thank you for helping me get my life back. Your AMAZING

    3. Oh Mandy Campbell I am so very sorry that you struggle to sleep. Lack of sleep places such a stress on our ability to sit peacefully in the moment. I hope you ended up having some sleep. Thank you for listening to my content and thank you for being part of our little caring community. I am so very sorry about your partner- my husband left me and I cannot begin the describe the pain I felt at that time( and still do at times)- I would not wish that pain on my worst enemy. Yes, it can be a very stressful time. but I know in my heart that you will find sunshine again after the clouds dissipate and you will grow wiser…this is not an easy journey but the reality remains that a man who does not know your worth is a man who does not know you and is better off gone…good riddance.
