  5. Thanks soo much for a wonderful meditation, last night I woke up startled as my dog was barking and I thought I heard something too in the house. After going to check it out I was wide awake and needed to go back to sleep before the morning school rush started. I came across your video and immediately felt relaxed and calm listening to your voice.     1. I am currently trying to quit my addictions too. It’s it 12am and I’m usually asleep but being sober without my (fix) is so frustrating.

      I have to wake up in 5 hours for work soon too. ZZZ

  11. I love your meditations, Iโ€™ve been using them day and night for months now since I was doing brain cancer radiation. Itโ€™s really helped me have a routine so sleep happens more easily and for longer ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธโค๏ธ

You are definitely what Maslow called self actualized and you have figured out a way to convey that to others to bring them more peaceful and harmonious sleep and a greater appreciation and understanding of life.
