Who is Mark Bowden?

My name is Mark Bowden and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am a best selling author and I've partnered with British Airways to produce the first inflight hypnotherapy channel.

  3. I came back today to thank you! I listened to this last night. Right off the bat I enjoyed your voice and tone and content. I slept very well and had really interesting dreams. When I woke up briefly during sleep cycles I would hear your voice and return to sleep. Although I still have no clue consciously what the content was for the majority (as I was sleeping) it left me with a calm positive wake up. I had dreams that were mellow that I maneuvered through well on my night journey. Thank you again for creating this video! Happy to say I am a new subscriber!

  4. I wouldn’t use the word, danger, in the title of your video because a person gets all tense and anxious just seeing or hearing that word. It’s designed to strike fear into your brain!!! Love your YouTube Channel and your videos. Just saying that the words to your titles are the first thing a person sees. And, so, the titles should be calming, too. Love, love, love your awesome videos!!! Not trying to criticize you or anything like that or your videos. Just thought about that, though, when I got anxious just seeing the word, danger.   6. I just started adding deep sleep relaxation therapy into me sleep routine and I have been having great results.
    I’m now trying hypnosis and hoping for wonderful results so I won’t have to use sleep medications every night. I’m so stressed my entire body hurts. I hope this will relieve stress so I will no longer be in pain mentally and physically.

  7. Oh my goodness!!!!! This helped me so much!!! I feel fear and so alone before I go to sleep. I will wake up a few times a night with fear or anxiety. I just hate it. I feel so alone at times. I have tried many sleep hypnosis.
