  2. At 61 I wonder if I will ever be able to pull my life back together after being married to a malignant narcissist. I’m exhausted from all the healing I’ve been trying to do. I wasted 20 years of my life and my life savings is gone. Thank you for your videos and meditations, Lauren. Love from Southern California.

Hi Sylvia there’s so much I’d like to say Personally in response to your comment…. in many ways I can relate to you it is exhausting some of the effects are permanent and the healing is ongoing… And the feeling of wastage is infinite I get that and the financial destitution aaahhhhh…I get that also …..feeling for you thinking of you much love Lauren

    2. I have known malignant narcissists and people who were sociopathic. I would not invest my emotions with them. I have found that for me relationships with those who are truly narcissistic or sociopathic which is a bit different are untenable. I ultimately walk away and disconnect myself from them. When I had any type of relationship with them I knew that their unpredictable predictability would happen over and over. They could not respect understand it relate to boundaries they are incapable unless they use these things as a manipulation. They feed create fuel off of your emotional reaction vacillating from showing you affection and then cruelty. This is ongoing trauma that just isn’t worth the cost for me. One day you may be able to break that tether and Free yourself from one who cannot care for you in the manner you deserve.
