      see if you can see in this case which of these maybe part of what is constructing your fear. The superimposition of the past onto the present moment usually is the result of a past suffering of some kind. Try to remember. Once you have found it, then … get into the present moment by looking at where you currently are. Feel the floor under your feet, touch the table near you, (you probably get the idea .. what you are doing is bringing your focus to the present moment. If there is no one there threatening you , you will see that the fear actually begins to disappear…
