    2. I’m going to let this one play through. I have listened to all the 2 and 3 hour meditations without affirmations so many times that I’ve been going elsewhere.
      I have COPD, and I’m healing that,yet I’m a stomach sleeper.
      So, I am used to enjoying the meditations with personal adjustment to many.
      Somehow, though, the affirmation videos keep me awake, and occasionally feel frustrating. I have and do my own affirmations during waking hours.

  11. I’ve been crying my eyes out tody due to being in a very sad and unexpected situation, the outcome still to be determined.
