  7. Wow! I have not had a good night’s sleep in nearly 7 weeks. I’ve stayed awake through every med they’ve thrown at me. I having been getting more and more afraid. Last night I decided to just listen to random sleep hypnosis/meditations and try to relax. I found one of yours around 1 a.m. and continued listening. I always reached the end, relaxed for a while until worry got me again, then chose another one right away. I think I listened to this one twice this morning, and the last time I took my headphones off and rested – and woke two hours later from a vivid dream! I haven’t woke from a restful sleep in many weeks and I’m so grateful. I’m going to try again in a few hours. Thank you Nick!!!!

How wonderful to have a sleep companion like this – his youtube videos are the best because they go to black screen almost immediately – I’ve tried others but the screen stays bright with either video or photos of fields or flowers etc., and that makes my room way too bright – i don’t want to have to put a sleep mask on in order to sleep, to me, that defeats the purpose – but with Nicholas Wright’s guides – it’s amazing – it’s like he sees inside my head and knows why I’m troubled and can’t sleep and what he says is so soothing…. I find I’m asleep VERY soon after he starts and with the dark screen, my room is dark with just his voice guiding me. I’m going to be traveling soon without access to youtube and he kindly emailed me audio versions so I can put on my phone – I don’t think I can sleep without him… thank you Nicholas…. I don’t think you have any idea how much help you give us all. Sleep is SO important, and prolonged fatigue can be disastrous – you’re so soothing, know exactly what to say, give the right encouragement and well… zzzzzzzzzzzz
