  2. I can’t sleep without her voice. It is so soothing. Times I think I’ll be up all night and I’m listening , thinking this won’t help I’m wide awake … next thing I know it’s morning and I had a restful great night of sleep.

  3. Thank you Lauren, I be been listening to your recordings for a couple of weeks now and find them so good. I’ve tried others but I much prefer your style and voice. I usually can’t sleep through the night but now I get a great 8 hours of the best sleep since I was a baby. Thank you again.

  7. No joke. I really did fall asleep faster and deeper than usual with this one. I don’t think I lasted 15 minutes in to the meditation and slept an hour past my normal wake up time. Amazing.
