  2. I remember in 2021 having a panic attack that lasted a about 20 minutes. I thought I might be dying. It was intense. I feel to the ground and held on, terrified. I learned it was a build up of anxiety over a long period. Since then I do mindfulness meditation, I like using books like 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels, and also the Tao Te Ching. It helps to use videos like this also. Mindfulness meditation, especially when doing a nature walk, is one of my favorite things and has been super helpful.
