  2. Ya but laying down as opposed to sitting down as adjacent to walking/running it’s just hits different.

  3. As a person who has suffered with insomnia all my adult life, this is the BEST advice. I now force my self to bed at 1130 pm and get up at 730am…even if I haven’t slept all night.
    I am tired af the next day but I know I will have a good sleep that night.
