    1. that’s wonderful news. even though my world has fallen apart mentally, physically and financially im in a terrible space as i speak, but i know you have been through the toughest Times and times i may never ever experience, and i don’t look at that as a positive thing for me its actually a negative thing. and you have come out a survivor, i stay connected here because your a great teacher, and although i know i may never experience the hardship that you have experienced, and some may wish they never had experienced in life as such,, but in my mind i wish i had your experience because in suffering….you say it better you uploaded a video previously the other day that explains it very well. thank you.

  3. Hi Lauren ❤
    If you don’t mind, what is your personal definition of compassion?
    If it can be summed up in a nutshell…..
    I am so eager to accomplish the notion of forgiveness, but I have so much difficulty in my mind with the semantics of forgiving and the word itself, and I preferred to just use the idea of letting it go. Can they both be considered the same action?
    I have heard it over and over again on my healing journey that forgiveness is key to healing, and I have been having the most difficult time with it .
    This is why I’m asking what is your definition of compassion because I would like to demonstrate it, but I’m not quite certain what it means ?
