Many people mistakenly believe the law of attraction is simply visualising what you want to achieve. While there is some truth to that, the real secret is changing your energy and vibrational state. To manifest successfully, your vibrational state now must match the positive vibrational state you would expect to experience when your goal is achieved. In other words, we attract in the future what we feel and experience now.

A consistent theme in most of my videos is the concept of bringing your mind away from the past or future… and back to the present. And this holds true in this video. Very often, it is the negative emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension that make it difficult for us to switch off and stop our minds spinning, especially late at night. When you are able to bring your mind into the present, you release yourself from those emotional burdens and distractions, and your subconscious instead can divert its attention inwards and towards helping you achieve your goals.
