  4. These are great, but they’d be even better with some relaxing music in the back. The one you use to fall asleep to. With your calming voice would work wonders.
    Obviously this is personal preference. But I do know there’s a lot of us that enjoy music in the back too. Thanks for your videos 😀

  10. I have chronic insomnia due to childhood trauma. It has been a long time since I was able to lie down and be asleep within 15-20 minutes. Since finding this channel I’m able to do that again. Thank you for making these videos. I’ll admit, I was skeptical at first, but it’s working! I still can’t sleep through the night, but definitely falling asleep much quicker which adds to the total amount of sleep I can get at the time. I’m hoping one day that I’ll be able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep for longer periods of time. WITHOUT MEDICATION! Again, thank you.
