  1. I agree with much of what you said. But where we have our big disagreement is about the importance of vegetables and fiber. Meat has far more nutrients than veg, and they are bioavailable. Vegetables and grains have a lot of antinutrients and toxins. Meat doesnโ€™t.
    People are literally reversing cancer tumors and putting MS into remission, curing serious psychological diseases, eliminating anxiety, and completely reversing diabetes on carnivore. You will be hearing a lot more about it

Oxidative cholesterol & fat from meat, dairy, cheese, eggs: Studies show tao plaques in brain are caused by this, not bread or low fat, natural foods.
