  4. Thankyou Mark, I drifted in and out of sleep over the course of this, and woke at 7.30am, with about ten mins left of your voice. I loved the circularity and repetition of the affirmations, that finally broke my own cicularity of thoughts. Love the quality of your vouce. I do agree a little bit about that ethereal angel-like background soundscape, that someone else mentioned, and would be happy to swap it out for, say, ocean waves gently folding onto shore, or similar. But thats because I, too, associate that angelic type music with church and with tradition. But after half an hour I didnt notice it that way at all, it became just a soothing filler.
    Thankyou again, and, eight hours, wow!

  5. Well what can I say? Truly amazing! The surround sound was brilliant! I didn’t think this would help me sleep, the Meds no longer work, so i tried listening. Literally i must have been asleep with in 10mins. I remember you talking at the beginning, about relaxing the body etc. I’ve looked at some of the Comments here & clearly I didn’t make it as far into the recording as others, Slept great! Will be listening again tonight.
