  11. Thank you so much for this video πŸ₯² I have trouble sleeping and it’s only gotten worse after my dog passed away two weeks ago. I had had her for 14 years and she was the best friend I’ve ever had- she also slept in my room and it feels too empty and quiet without her snoring away. My father was diagnosed with cancer yesterday, and while it’s not too serious it only added to my worries. This video was a last ditch effort after three hours of restless tossing and turning trying to go to bed, and it worked in minutes! I don’t think I’ve slept that well since I was still a kid. I usually move around quite a bit when I sleep, and often wake up in an entirely different place and position on my bed, but this morning I woke up EXACTLY where I went to bed. My headphones still on and everything! Not once in my life had I ever thought I’d be able to do that. I will be tuning in again tonight to see if this will work for me always, but regardless I wanted to thank you for helping me even this one time- it means more than you could ever know. My only concern now is being able to hear my alarm if my headphones are on and it’s before the 8 hours are over… πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I only woke up once last night compared to at least 5-7 times on my bad nights 3-4 on a good night and usually it’s 20-60 mins my sleep tracker says 6 mins I’m very impressed as iv listened last few nights n it’s really good. Iv been using guided sleep meditation since 2015 n i do have a favourite but I think the change of voice n instructions has really helped so thank you so much

  16. Thank you so much!! I’ve developed anxiety over the past few months which has caused bad insomnia. I’ve tried everything including sleeping pills to try to sleep. But this is what works for me! 2 nights in a row I got good sleep. I even woke up this morning to go to the bathroom. Usually it takes hours to go back to sleep after getting up but I fell asleep within 30 minutes after laying back down. You are amazing! Thank you so so much!! πŸ™
