It my dreams sometimes I hear him talking and I try to talk back. I think it’s a good thing. He is a good hypnotist and I think it really helps.

    1. Basically, that’s the entire idea behind it: believing it into reality. Don’t worry about any negative connotations and perceptions with the idea of placebo. The biggest takeaway from it is understanding that you’re amazing (without distending the ego) and truly believing you’re a beautiful, luminous being πŸ˜‹ When you can truly love yourself, your outer reality will reflect your inner reality. I know it sounds fucken crazy, but it may be because we programmed ourselves at a young age to think negatively. I’m learning to overcome imposter syndrome and that it’s ok to be kind to yourself. Straaaange.

  4. I am a hypnotherapist and clinical therapist. I am researching how this helps my own confidence, as I have been struggling with insecurities due to my MS symptoms and feeling I am not at my best. I will focus on this and work on how this helps me.

  10. This is insane. Honestly. I wasn’t expecting much and fell asleep to it two days ago. I had completely forgot about the video during the day and noticed I was feeling quite confident and positive.
    The next day my mindset still changed to this confident aspect of me I didn’t know I had.
