  1. i dont know how you do it, amongst all the critics and tens of thousands of viewers analyzing giving their opinions, and blah, blah, blah, and how you keep you composure and remain in the stillness among all the mayhem and craziness, i certainly would be effected in one way or another. i guess that’s why im here listening observing, learning how to be able to keep that stillness that composure. And the definition of the word is so excellent, composure “the state or feeling of being calm and in control of oneself.

  4. Lauren l heard this live at 11.30am Adelaide time. It’s now 00.30am Friday and l have left a message for you on your meditation 3weeks ago after your message you left. I hope you can read it.
    I have had some STICKY FEELINGS 😢and have been able to try till today to put them in the past. But I did get irritated Wednesday for a short while 😕 certainly over now.😅❤to you and Cooper

    2. Wonderful! Yes sweet Cooper is not doing so well at night at the moment. But he is happy I’m likely to come to Adelaide over the next few weeks to see a couple of clients I haven’t been to Adelaide for years I think it is beautiful

  5. Chanting my 1000 gratitude right now here in San Francisco. I didn’t make it to live but I am here a bit late. i chant Thank you very much 1000 times a day or twice a day. I allow my imperfections to be a part of my life. I accept all of my emotions to exist. They are all valid and important.

  6. you know when speaking about removing people in your life that don’t help you to grow, in my case its the ones closest to me, what a backward society i live in, i know this is not the case with everybody. i love them but stay the hell out of my life, make sense probably not? lol what i like about the internet when your having a meltdown its a good place to put your feelings in here as if its a punching bag releases stress. whoops i think i just broke the keypad hahaha…..Meltdown can refer to several things. It can mean a disastrous collapse or breakdown, an uncontrolled emotional outburst or a mental collapse1. It can also mean an accident in a nuclear reactor in which the fuel overheats and melts the reactor core or shielding. ouch…

    Yet again, Melbourne has been rocked (or slightly shaken) by an earthquake.
    The magnitude-4.6 earthquake was centred near Rawson, in the High Country in Victoria’s east.

    Did you know the earth suffers like we do as human beings, when a major quake happens followed after there are aftershocks before it starts to settle and calm. Sometimes these aftershocks can take years to calm. Its the same as when we face a traumatic event in our lives we go through similar experience’s like after shocks that may even require therapy can take years to heal.

  8. lauren when somebody says to you i love you but doesn’t love themselves how do you read internally into that about that person if that makes any sense?
